2- Abu Dhabi National Bank, Khartoum Branch , Ac/No 212399USD2141 (Foreign
Currency)
Section 11 Subsection (b) Council has been amended as follows:
Amendments: Further to the recommendations of the General Assembly Meeting of
April 3, 1998 to raise the number of Council Members from 6 Members to 12
Members, and due to many dissents from Association Members from inadequate
representation in the November 8, 2001 General Assembly Meeting, it has been
decided that any full member who wished to sit-in at Council Meetings to
represent themselves or others (with consent) to discuss various issues or help
in Council functions was so welcome. However, they would not be able to vote on
Council decisions.
Section 23 (New) Nominations or Award of Honours or Disciplinary Actions within
SAS Meetings
Additions: During the November 2001 Conference, Honours and Awards were
distributed publicly within the SAS Conference and during its official time
using its official space and audience without prior arrangement or consent with
the SAS as represented by its Council. This has drawn much dissent from SAS
Members and has caused irreparable harm to others. In the General Assembly
Meeting of November 2001, it was decided that the SAS Council was the only Body,
to represent the SAS, including representation in nominations, awards and
honouring or otherwise similar, equivalent or even opposing or disciplinary
actions and NO OTHER BODY or PERSON could use the SAS premises, property, time,
space or audience for such actions without the prior knowledge and consent of
the SAS as represented by its Council.
